Toshiyuki Tsukamoto is a deputy division director of the operations and computer technologies division at the RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS). He is also a unit leader of the facility operations and development unit, which is responsible for the maintenance and management of the electrical and cooling facilities to ensure stable operation of the K computer.
