Yuji Sekiya is an associate professor of the University of Tokyo, Information Technology Center. He received B.E. from Kyoto University in 1997 and M.E. from Keio University in 1999. He worked in USC/ISI since Oct. 1999 for six months as a visiting researcher. Since 2002, he has been working at The University of Tokyo, Information Technology Center. He received the Ph.D. degree from Keio University, Graduate School of Media and Governance in 2005.
