Patrick Garda
Biography
In 1984, Prof. Patrick Garda obtained his PhD in Electronics from the Paris-Sud University.
In 1995, he became full professor of Electronics at Pierre et Marie Curie University in Paris.
Since 2016, he has been appointed as Scientific Director of the ICT-Mathematics-Physics-Nanotechnologies Department at the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
Pr. Garda is the French representative since the early discussions preparing EuroHPC, and he has been elected as Chairman of the EuroHPC Governing Board on December 6, 2018.
